Probiotics (broilers)

You don't have to give probiotics. The meat bird feed that I buy already has them mixed in. You can also buy poultry probiotic powders to mix in the water or feed, if you want. Some people do give their birds yogurt, but dairy should be offered in limited amounts.

What are those probiotics that needed by the broilers? (30days)
Thank you in advance

Hi yungyung, great question! Pre- and probiotics do a great job of maintaining healthy immune and digestive function for your birds. If you are providing a complete feed that already has pre- and probiotics incorporated, there is no need to supplement with extra. It's all in the bag, such as with Purina Flock Raiser!
