Problem bringing chicks into flock

I have two chicks I am trying to integrate into my two chicken flock, and I'm having problems. I tried setting up a divider in the run and letting them free range together but it doesn't seem to be working. The big girls are still chasing the babies and I don't have a lot of time, I need to get them into the coop as soon as possible. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Whats the age difference? If there is a large size difference there needs to be time for the difference to go away and the older ones to get used to the chicks. If you are running out of time the only thing you can really do is throw them together and hope.

I would start introducing them to your calmest and friednlest Hen and leave them withh her. After a while, She will give them p[art of the flock and hopefull the others will toio!
