Doing what AArt says, makes this a one on one integration instead of 3 against one. I have better luck, with waiting a bit for that pair to settle. There will be a dust up, but it is one on one.

Adding a pair to a pair is much better. What I am assuming that you have a smaller section, and then a main bigger section. Two or three days before you put the 4 together. Put the pair in the small pen, into the bigger pen, the the girls in the bigger area, into the smaller pen. This allows them to explore the area - and the others to see them in there.
