Trying to get the right humidity before hatching, is so the eggs lose the proper amout of weight/liquid for chick developement and hatching. So, it's a long term average you are looking at, instead of a two or three day event. The bigger hassle will be the question of how you will turn some, but not others, for the last three days of the first batch hatch (does that make sense?). I suppose the hatching chicks will turn the other eggs for you. It's kind of like watching a little soccer game in there anyway. Maybe somebody else has done this and has an answer for you.
