Problem with a 5 days old turkey poult! Any advice is appreciated!

Hey guys! This is my first time using this forum but I have this one turkey poult that’s got something funky going on with one of its legs. At first I thought it was splayed leg or a slipped tendon but I treated him for both and saw no progress. One of his legs is turned to the side but it all seems to stem from the hip area!

It is a white meat turkey poult so I know most people wouldn’t go through the trouble but I just wanna help the little guy. It’s not about the money or the meat I just want to make sure he’s happy and if not or if I need to cull I feel confident I did everything i possibly could have.
