Just got my Bator n egg turner from cutler supply Thursday night. Opened the turner yesterday and one of the trays was broken. Of course, they were already closed for the weekend when I tried to call. So, I figured that they would just replace that one tray anyway and since I was only going for 18 eggs anyway, and I needed to get the eggs going, I just removed that tray and started it up. My question is this... It has been running all night and the turner kind of pops every 1-2 minutes. Make a loud popping noise. It is almost like a gear or something gets caught and pops loose as it tries to turn. Anyone else has this? Is it just normal? Anyone dealt with Cutler's service sept? Thanks formanynadvice.
