I've had this incubator for about the past 2 years and it has worked fine until now. For whatever reason, on the control panel it says that the humidity is at 0%, when I know for a fact it isn't, and it keeps setting off the humidity alarm as a result (I'm pretty sure 0% humidity is impossible, and I just cleaned it earlier today after a previous hatch, and there is still visible water bubbles and condensation on the inside). I have no clue as to what is going on.

I don't really care what the humidity reads (I can monitor it myself), I just want to know how to disable the alarm so it isn't going off every 5 minutes.

Any suggestions?

And for reference it is a generic incubator with a yellow slanted top and clear plastic bottom that I bought off of Amazon a few years back.

Never mind that one doesn’t have an alarm. Hope someone can help!

Thanks for the reply!

It's this one, not entirely sure what it is called though

Thanks for the help everyone, I turned the humidity down to 1 (the lowest it would go), and the alarm still kept going off.

This morning as I was just about to throw it out, I plugged it back in and it worked! I have no idea what changed, but I'm not complaining.
