I am wondering......was this a local company that built it for you?

If so I would call them and ask if there is a way to return it for a larger model or maybe have this one modified.

Thinking that perhaps the nest box wall could be moved outwards and the rafters on that side sistered up to extend them.

I was going to add a covered 12x6 foot run regardless. Just looks so cramped in the coop.

It looks spacious enough for 6 chickens in my opinion, as long.as they have a run or free range. Mine spend very little time in their coop outside of sleeping or.egg laying.

Probably not. Your roost is higher than the nests, which is good. I don't see enough ventilation in there, which I think you need to add. If you add it higher than them when they are on the roosts and especially on the ends or on the side away from the roosts they should be out of any direct breeze.

That shelf over the nests looks about the same height as your roost. You may have some sleeping over there. I wouldn't worry about it yet but you may need to block that if they manage to poop in the nests. That's something I'd wait and see on
