problems hatching

Hi can someone please HELP, my runner duck eggs
have started pipping and chripping over 36 hrs ago, but within the last 24 hrs there has not been a sound. Does this mean it has not made it????
I have 10 eggs all the same way, and 3 have hatched

If it were me-and this is my personal feeling-I would try and see if I could help some...if not all
