Problems upoading photos, freezes my laptop

Ok, so now when I try to upload photos, they load then when I click "submit" it just freezes my laptop and wont enter any photos. So now when I want to put photos on I have put them on another site and the copy and paste them and its getting annoying. Any advice appreciated, thanks!

Yes, some change or other (at BYC host) seems to have struck several members
