Is it wired or battery op? I often had trouble with the wireless ones - even though I liked them much better. Have you checked if it needs fresh batteries? So I am back with a curser with a long tail (cord). Every time the cord moves - it's startles me. I think it is some critter.

Im using a curser pad. My computer is plugged in. Sometimes I can type, like now but mostly I have to keep resetting the curser and can only type like one or two letters at a time, thus the short replies. Its working for the moment. Its very frustrating as this site has become my new obsession and I feel rude not responding back to folks that are helping me but I just can't type! Thanks for your help. I tried rebooting my computer but its working fine on all other websites and its working for this post so I'll see. Its really weird.

It might be any number of things, but since we're not getting flooded with other peeps having the same problem, it's probably something with your browser or computer.

If none of those things help, please come back to this post and reply with all the information requested in that article above, especially:

1) Which browser and version are you using (eg., Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 7, etc.)
2) Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
3) Have you tried a different browser? This allows you to test if it is a browser specific problem vs. a computer / network problem. We suggest Google Chrome or Firefox.

Thank you, Im using chrome and it seems to be working now. Have no idea what the problem was but I was having serious BYC withdrawals
