Problems with live mealworms

Hello All!! We ordered some live mealworms from a company on the 4th.This is the second order with this company.No problems with first order.Anyway they marked them shipped on the 5th but we still hadn't received them on friday the 9th.So we called and they told us if there was a problem they would take care of it.Well we received them yesterday on the 10 and there wasn't one live worm in the buckett most of them had already dried up and turned black.I guess I will have to call tomorrow to see what they are going to do about it.I thought I would see if anyone else had ever run into a similer problem?
