I have problems with My incubator. Some body know what's wrong?

Welcome from New Orleans. I have only used broody hens to hatch eggs!
So let's see ifking the time someone is on who knows about incubators! It may take a few mins for them to get back with you.
@casportpony ,sorry to disturb you this early in the AM. @Rody is new and has some incubator questions, as you know I have never used an incubator, only broody hens. Thank you for taking the time, @Rody is new to BYC and has some goose eggs in the incubator.
