I processed 14 of my 37 Cornish X today. On one of the birds I accidentally broke the gall bladder on one. It got green stuff on a small portion of the chicken. I washed it off immediately. Is it still OK to eat?

I started with 10 meaties back in the summer and ended up processing 7. They did not do well in the heat and humidity here. I had some help on those since it was my first time. My wife suggested that I go up to 20 on this last batch. I decided on trying 40.

Well I've ended up with 37 and I didn't completely understand what a job it was going to be to get all 37 in the freezer from start to finish by myself. I worked 4 hours yesterday and got 14 on ice but I have to get those in the freezer today and then get the other 23 on ice because it is supposed to be cold this weekend. I will be changing some things for the next batch this spring. On a positive note I have sold about 12 of them so far. That will cheapen the ones we eat.
