I hear ya...We have 5 that will be ready in 5 weeks. We will get a larger batch next, and firgure them to be processed before we get really hot here..I do have electric to my meaty coop if fans are needed. Then we'll be doen til fall rolls around and we'll try to do another larger batch of them.

We need a new grill as well. Boooo LOL
