Processing a duck

Thank you all. I was dreading the processing of Mr. Duck. I searched on BYC and ended up on this thread. I don’t think I need to read any more. Dry pluck the breast. Skin the rest. Open up the carcass and see how big this jerk’s testicles are! Make soup with the bones and such. How do I cook the heart and liver? Maybe I should search that. Thanks again to everyone.
