Processing Day II: skinning advice needed

sweet! it is as simple as I say isn't it?? I hope others can do it to-it's alot easier this way for newbies who havent processed yet-I have yet to do a whole bird-
 
Sure is- I wish I could do it in 10 minutes like you do, but I'm not far behind! The ones I do like that, I just throw the wings out. You haven't found an efficient way to save them have you?
