We just got the biggest Dutch oven the store had to offer. It wasn't expensive either...although me had it prior to the chickensI guess I could take the lid off the camp stove but I don't have a big pot either my pot pie pot is big but not enough for a LF brahma, the prizes of those pots are 50 bucks alone! holy moly!

Here in California we can find huge cheap pots for steaming Tamales....we have a large Hispanic population here.

We use a huge six gallon stockpot that my husband uses to brew beer. Bought it at at restaurant supply store. We then put it on an old propane grill that we bought at a garage sale for ten bucks. I highly recommend checking out a local restaurant supply store. As long as you don't buy stainless, it won't break the bank.We use a large stock pot over a propane fryer thingy...we also use it to make homemade potato chips...not the pot but the propane thing...it definitely works though. Like the largest Dutch oven you can find will also work great.
