How many will you need to process?

I totally sympathize. It's never an easy job. We do ours in small batches over the course of a month. We're half way through now, and for some reason the last couple of batches are always the hardest. I'm learning to be more stoic about it, however.

How many will you need to process?

Eight. It'll probably take me two days since I'm doing it on my own.

I usually do up to 3 at a time. With CX, I would not wait a week though since they get big so fast!

We do our cx in batches of ten at a time, hubby kills and I butcher, fair division of effort. I killed the extra roos myself though, I didn't mind so much because I kept two nice ones and the rest were a**holes and very mean, makes it so much easier!
