Where is a good place to buy the equipment? Cones, utensils, and bags. Not sure where is going to have decent quality.

Cones are all fairly standard. For utensils and bags, I go to restaurant supply catalogs. Some of them you have to be a business to order from, but if your farm is, then you're set.
