I was looking around for instructions on processing quail for when it is time for me to cull my quail flock and found this and thought it could be helpful to others. Although I don't agree with just taking the breast meat since I've purchased whole birds and rather eat the entire bird than let any of it go to waste this guy at least gives the legs to his dog. The first video I saw showed a guy field dressing the birds and just tossing the legs away on the ground which to me is a huge waste.
