Processing Price

I am going to pay an experienced guy willing to do mine whenever $2 a bird. But, out of the 15 birds Im taking to him, I only paid $1.75 for 3 of them. Some were packing peanuts from my ideal order, and the others were my neighbors that I ended up with because he left and they hadnt eaten for 3 days. I figure I cant buy a whole chicken at the store for $2.

What about others such as turkeys, waterfowl ,and rabbits? what are your processing costs for these?
