Where can I find a chicken processor in San Antonio, TX. A non chicken owner once told me, I must do it myself because if I took my organic fed chickens to the processor, they would keep my chickens and give me some other chickens they had on hand that were not fed like mine. So really I have two questions: Where in San Antonio, TX is there a processor I can go to, and second. How would I know if I'm getting MY chickens back? Or is this person just pulling my leg?
