Production red roo or pullet, 13 weeks

I am questioning the one on the right.

This is my first post, and these are my first (of 6) chickens. We have some 9 week old bantams, too.

Those combs are still pretty small and yellow at 13 weeks. They are both pullets. Cockerels are usually very well developed and red in the combs by 10 weeks old.

They look like pullets to me. I don't see any oily feathers either; which are what the cockerels at this age usually begin to get.

My production red cockerel at 8 weeks old. He is currently 9 weeks old now but haven't taken a photo today.

Sorry none are up close but you can clearly see the difference regardless.
