Profile pictures rotated?

I only saw this today. The profile pictures seem to have been rotated?

The pictures are completely upside down

Then they are at a different angle

Here my profile pictures is normal, but then in the 'reply box' it is also rotated.

Why are all the profile pictures rotating? I haven't noticed it before and it's driving me a bit bonkers, lol. Is this new, is it a glitch?
