Hello I was wanting some advice before starting this project what thoughts on using Black Ameraucana rooster over Polish Golden laced hens Large Fowl or golden Sebright for bantam hoping to Create Golden laced Ameraucana

I would not use polish at all getting rid of the crest would take forever

Polish has actually been used several times for the buff ameraucana LF line I think it cleans up in 2 or 3 years

Max Strawn out of texas has a true lacing line brought in from andalusians. If you could aquire some of the blacks that came from his blue line thatd be a good start and theyd be more likely to be based on E^R, if you get a black from other lines good chance that are based on extended E. Just my thoughts

It would best to start with a Golden Laced Wyandotte or Orpington instead
