Projectile vomiting not eating

My 2 month old duck started vomiting last night..assume he ate something bad. This a.m. he is moving around but he is acting lathargic and not eating..it's noon. Is there something I can give him?

Actually can someone help me out with putting together a generic stand by first aid kit. I need to have the staples on hand I do have 8 Ducks now.

Can you take him to a vet?

My vet will not see ducks even thou he specializes in birds. He will sell me meds..ie. antibiotics

There are many things that could be causing your duck to vomit, so that's why I asked if a vet was an option. Have you palpated the crop to check for an obstruction?

I have not done anything yet. I just went to check on him and keep giving him fresh water ..dumping the old and he's doing something odd maybe he's done it before and I never noticed. He is taking water from the bowl and then dunking it into the dirt making a hole and then drinking out of that hole. I sprinkled feed in the bottom of the water bowl and he is not interested in that however his sister is all over it. I'm waiting for him to poop his eyes look good he looks good all together just a little mellow. I offered him grapes which is one of his favorites and he's not interested again his sister is all over it

Can you put him dog crate inside?

He is cleaning himself no w..thats a good sign.

I forgot to mention that when he was throwing up last night he was shaking his head ..left to right

If you put him in a dog crate with food and water you'll be able to monitor his food/water intake and see all of his poop. Since he isn't feeling well it's probably a good idea to not let him drink muddy water.
