Prolapse? Newly hatched chick

My quail chick hatched today and immediately I noticed a pretty obvious problem on its vent area. The little guy walks around fine, eats and drinks. Has anyone seen this before? Thank you

I think that's unabsorbed yolk. It should disappear in a day or less.

I agree with @Nabiki ...looks like unabsorbed yolk to me too!
