Looks like Bumblefoot to me. Does she seem to have trouble walking on the foot?

Yes, she does have trouble walking on it. A friend of mine is a nurse and we opened it up a bit because that’s what we thought too, but it wasn’t “cheesy” and there was a hard-ish lump under it. We wondered if she had gotten something in it. She holds her foot up a lot. It looks a lot better than it did and that could be because I’m dressing it daily with antibiotic cream on it

Have you also tried soaking the foot several times a week in epsom salts to see if that may help draw out any infection.

Yes, I soak it almost every day.
