prolapse or something else?

Hi Folks, My Isa Brown had a large whitish mass hanging from her rear this morning. I checked on here and found that it was probably a prolapse so I washed the area and found that the white mass would come away in clumps. On closer inspection, it is attached to her by a tiny bit but I didn't want to pull too hard or hust her and risk bleeding. What is it? Does anyone know?

All the websites describe a prolapse as looking very red not white. I have separated her from the others and she appears well. She is eating and drinking and walking around as normal.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Cammy,

I've probably done the wrong thing but I have gently pushed the small bit (about 1 centimetre) back inside her and she seemed Ok with that. Unfortunately nothing to take a picture of now though.

Have you heard of this before?
