I'm sorry she's not feeling well again.

I'd give the Calcium every day for a week.

You can try the antibiotic and see if it helps. If she's 4lbs the dose for Amoxicillin would be 228mg. There's wiggle room in the dosing, so I'd just give her 250mg twice a day for 7-10 days.

It may be that she has a shell gland problem or some other reproductive difficulty - it's so hard to know, but sometimes soft shelled eggs can become a chronic problem and about the only thing you can do is manage symptoms the best you can. Giving extra Calcium when needed and if she's acting all hunched up and sick, try an antibiotic and see how it goes.

Whorl Rock, I would like to thank you for saving Lana. She is doing much better and is. Back with flock. She still spends the night in the garage though. I let her do this because of her stools. She does not have solid poops? I have put probiotics in the water, but I have several watering stations. I put it in the main water and the others have plain water. I’m sending you a pic of a poop I found and I think it’s from her. Any thoughts?

Has she been eating something red like tomato, watermelon, etc.?
I'd see that she's eating a nutritionally balance feed, provide grit (crushed granite) and oyster shell free choice.

The poop has various unprocessed bits, so they are passing through the gizzard without being ground up. This can happen, but if it's consistent, then hopefully having some grit can help.

Have you dewormed her? If not, then I'd consider doing that as well.
To treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm you can use:

Safeguard (Fenbendazole) dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
---OR---
Valbazen (Albendazole) dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days.

She has been having watermelon. I will move the grit to a new location in the yard They have free choice to grit and oyster shell and have a large open fenced in area with bird netting above for protection from predators. They free range in the rest of the yard when I’m home after work until bed time. It’s been hot lately and I’ve been letting them hang out under a big plum tree as the coop gets a lot of Sun until mid day and that is where the grit is located. I had a 3,000$ coop built and they only go in it to sleep ugh! I will put more grit stations out. There feed is nature wise layer feed crumble from tractor supply the little ones are on an all flock feed I forget the name it starts with a K Kousbalms? And sometimes the big girls eat some. I’m working on integration they are not together full time yet. They are together but separated while I’m gone or need to get things done and free to roam supervised.when I’m home. I will purchase the dewormer as I have read about it in other posts. Thanks again for all your help!! I am very thankful for you taking time to help me.
