It looks like she had a shell-less egg break inside. Make sure all of the egg membrane is removed. Is she still prolapsed or has the prolapse gone back inside? Has she pooped since this happened?

I would get some human calcium with D3 or some Tums and give her one daily for 2-3 days. That can help make the shells harder and increase muscle contraction to pass eggs. What do you feed her? If there is any prolapse tissue still outside, make sure that it is keep moist with honey or oil, sothat it doesn’t dry out. Keep pushing it back in. Here is a good article about prolapsed vents:

The membrane has been removed and all tissue has gone back in. I gave her an Epsom salt bath in the meantime and she is now separated in a cage. All seems alright now.
They're fed Purina Layena Plus Omega-3 Layer Feed, and have a separate cup of egg shells or oyster shells if they so desire.
This particular hen rarely chooses to consume the extras but has only one soft shelled egg before.
With the Tums, is it ok if its the fruity kind?

Personally if the membrane has been removed and there's no exposed tissue, I would put her back with the flock as long as she's really dry.

Tums fruity kind is o.k. to give. When you get a chance, pick up a small bottle of Caltrate with D3 to have on hand.

For now I'm going to keep her inside probably for the night for monitoring poop and such. She expelled water with urates so far.
For the Caltrate, would that be for scenarios like this or should I give it to her specifically like a supplement?

Caltrate for times like this - I would give her extra calcium for about 3 days, some people may say until they lay a hard shelled egg - you can decide that for yourself.
