My drake has been pushing so I picked him up to see what’s going on I found this, pretty sure it’s a prolapsed butthole and I soaked him last night in a warm bath today it’s still out he’s eating and drinking but I can tell he keeps pushing it looks like what can I do????

Causes of prolapsed phallus are trauma, infection, and others. It needs to be treated right away. Until others who are knowledgeable chime in, you may want to keep the part wet with a little saline or water, and apply some antibiotic ointment or vaseline to keep it from drying out. Here is a good article to read:

He’s about 6 months old they get supplements in there water and peas everyday… I soaked him in the warm bath but that stressed him out more.
So it’s his penis? Not his butt? Omg how do I fix this! I’ve had chickens with pasty butt so I assumed it was that….

Wait so it’s his penis??? I’ve had chickens with pasty butt so I kinda assumed it was the same oh geez what do I do???? Putting him in the bath stresses him out more..

Yes, it is his penis. Do not let it dry out. I would check with a vet if possible. He may need treatment or antibiotics. Hopefully one of the more experienced duck folks will chime in. I would separate him so it doesn’t get pecked. The penis (phallus) can dry out and became gangrenous without treatment. Read this article:

Is there anything I can do for him at home I put the sugar on it as it says in the article to help swelling and he is now in a warm bath with peas it started to go back in until he popped and it popped back out he keeps wagging his tail and now is trying to bite at me with his tail feathers spread which is very unusual for him a vet for Farm life is 3 hours away from me:(

I'm far from experienced with this on a drake as mine are girls, but here's what I learned.

Keep him separated so he doesn't get the urge to mate. His penis should have gone back in when that phase passed, but obviously, his didn't.

In addition to the sugar, Epsom salt baths, and antibiotic cream, get some generic Prep H. Put that on him a few times a day. You should see it start to shrink. When it does, start pushing it back in every time you apply the Prep H.

This could take a few days or even weeks to get his penis to stay in, but all of the above help.

The most important thing is to keep him separated from the hens so he doesn't get urges.
