Prolapsed vent?? Help

The egg is on the outside but is stuck to what seems is a prolapse vent. I've done epsom salt baths and gently tried to release the egg but I don't want want make it worse. Its still stuck and I need help. Thank you I'm advance!

Looks like the egg is stuck/wrapped in the tissue.

Here's a video that you may find helpful. Try to keep the tissue moist with ointment/oil.
