I baked some Garlic bread.
I used 2 different flours to make dough. The white dough is regular All-purpose. The darker dough is Red Wheat whole grain.
I rolled out the dough after first rise,, into 8" x 16" rectangles. Dusted generous amount of Garlic Powder. Rolled up, which is what creates the interesting swirl pattern.
Placed into bread pans.
After a second rise,, I (whole egg) egg-washed,, and sprinkled with Italian Seasoning,,,
Onion Flakes, and
Rosemary and Herb seasonings.

With my remaining white dough, I made Empanada/Calzone Hybrids.
Let me explain;
Filling is Taco meat, with Taco Blend Cheese.
Dough is yeast raised like I use for Calzones, and size is somewhat medium.
I also (whole egg) egg-washed these, and cut slits on top with scissors.

Note;
And I am aware that most of the regular participants here are familiar with the Nice Coppertone Tan result, when using a Egg wash which includes the yolk. (whole egg)
Just for giggles.
