she is two years old and almost a month

The brand does not matter. You can pop one tablet into her beak every day:

Sit her on your lap with her head facing front. Grab her wattles, pull down and she will open her beak for you. Immediately slip the tablet into her beak with your other hand and let go of her wattles so she can swallow.
