Prolapsed vent with purple “tumor”

Thank you to those who have helped me sling this prolapsed vent ordeal. I need new info now. There seems to be some purple tumor looking thing on the part sticking out.
I have dialed twice a day yesterday and today. I put cortisone on Saturday night and Sunday morning. She laid a nice clean looking egg Sunday. And didn’t prolapse any worse. She acts perfectly normal with

a healthy appetite. There is poop in her crate. I am attaching a picture to show what it looks like. I cannot get the crusty poop looking stuff off of what is still hanging out. I made sugar water today and squirted some of that on there. What is this purple? And what do I need to do to help my sweet girl?

I'm not sure, I've never seen one there. it could be a cyst, does it feel any different than the surrounding tissue when you cleaned it?

A little squishy. Significantly smaller after starting Rae honey treatment last night..

As stressed in your other thread, the tissue needs to be kept moist with ointment, oil or honey. Sugar water may be healing in certain aspects, but it's not going to keep tissue as moist as the others.
The purple is most likely necrotic tissue where it's has dried and died or perhaps circulation was cut off at some point while being prolapsed.
Soakings are good if she's not lethargic.
Laying an egg is good too.
Get the extra calcium going as suggested in your other thread. Extra calcium can help with retention.
The crusty material will eventually slough off as the prolapse heals and if you keep it moist with your oil or ointment(s). The white material that oozes out is urates as explained in your other thread as well.
A lot of times tissue will not be retained until swelling goes down. It can take days to weeks for a prolapse to heal if at all. Consistent daily care is needed in order to give her a chance to survive.
