You can try again tomorrow to remove it by soaking for about 20 minutes first. The black part shoudn’t have much feeling, but the inner pink part will. I wish we could get a good clear picture with light on it to help you. But I have a problem posting pictures as well. The red tissue can become black easily if it dries out.
