Prolapsed vent

Recently realized that my chicken had a prolapse vent, I have since separated her from the flock. I have tried bathing her I can’t get all of the poops off her vent. I feel like I’m causing her more stress by rubbing it to clean it. I have used preparation h. And still the vent continues to prolapses.

Any updates on this bird? I'm having a similar problem, with a very large prolapse that will not stay in. Did you manage to have any luck?
