I have a 1-week old chick with a prolapsed vent. Came home from work tonight and found it with its anus exposed and surrounded by poop. Cleaned it up as best as I could and it pooped after I cleaned the area so I don't think there's any blockage, but the anus is still protruding and swollen. I massaged the area with olive oil and separated it from the other chicks. Is there anything else I can do to help it out?
