This is my first time hatching with an incubator. I’ve also had broody hens or ordered chicks. This chick hatched about 30 minutes ago. She’s wobbling around like the others did at first but I’m concerned if this is a prolapsed vent? If so, should I be doing anything? I wasn’t planning on opening the incubator as I have two in process.

I don’t hatch eggs anymore, so probably not the best to comment. Can you tell if this is the umbilicus/navel or the vent?

Hi! Wondering if that’s what this was or if it was normal? I had my first chick from my first hatch come out of its shell today! Super exciting but I noticed it has something extremely similar to this.. thanks 😊
