prolasped vent on hatching chicks

We are having a problem our chicks are hatching but have a prolasped vent and it looks very painful for them and they eventually die. what is wrong we have more to hatch out and not sure if we are doing something wrong.

Do you have any pictures of what you are talking about? I'e never heard of prolapsed vent in a new chick.
