Irving's Animal Services Division and the Animal Services Advisory Committee will host a public hearing from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov 6 to receive input on recommended changes to the Animal Services Ordinance.
The public hearing will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd. Highlights of the proposed recommendations are as follows:
