Pros and Cons of Easter Eggers

I just going to do a list like shmccarthy did

pros

- pretty eggs
- friendly, docile
-pretty
-make great pets
-very winter hardy
-fun because you never know how they will turn out!(feather color and egg color)
- they are awesome! lol

Cons

- mine dont lay very well, but I dont care about that anyways because I dont like eggs
- dont go broody hardly ever (which is a down side for me because I am always hatching. I have raised them for years, and only ever had 1 go broody)

Some are very friendly and some are not just like any other breed. They are all beautiful and lay pretty eggs!

I lost almost all of my chickens to a raccoon in the last 2 weeks. The EEs are the only hens I have left and I didn't lose a single one of them. They are definitely a bit more flighty, but that's not always a bad thing. They are great birds for free ranging.
