Prosthetic legs for bantam

Over this past winter one of my bantam roosters got his legs severely frost bit. This past week they both fell off. I feel so bad for him. Does anyone know how to make any prosthetic legs or know where I can buy them?

Did his entire leg fall off, or just part of it, because you might be able to attach a homemade prosthetic to what's left of his legs, and see how that works...
