Hey y'all. I wanna add catfish feed to my chicken feed to protein. But I don't know if I should because I have some younger chickens in the coop (range 2-5 months). Would it hurt the younger chickens

See. Mine have been barely laying. But I bought some from a guy and he was supplementing with catfish feed and even after relocation they are still laying good!

I would appreciate any thoughts!!

I would read the ingredients to make sure what else is in there that may not be appropriate for chickens. The extra protein certainly wouldn't hurt growing birds. As a matter of course, growing birds can utilize much more protein than adults.

Figure out the protein percentage of the fish feed and the percentage you need to add to your feed to get it where you want it.
