Protruding breast bone

my hens fell like the breast bone is pretty far out what should I give them to fatten them up a little?

anything with higher protien then what they are getting i.e. chick starter, gamebird starter, kitchen meat scraps and I would run a poo sample to vet and see if they have worms or just worm them.
