Hi there my baby silkie had slight past butt off and on for less than two weeks which I treated, and it went away, yesterday I noticed her vent and bottom protruding. She is eating and drinking, pooping, and playing normally and I’m putting moist warmth on her bottom with a soft cloth and then Vaseline on vent. I’m not sure what this is. I read some posts on prolapsed gleet and such but thought I would double check by posting pictures of her bottom.

Welcome To BYC

Her vent looks to be a bit swollen, but it's not prolapsed, nor do I see any indication of Vent Gleet. Vent Gleet is a continual white(ish) sticky yeasty discharge that would coat the vent and likely underneath between the legs too (due to continuous leakage).

Apply warm epsom salts compresses to her vent or give her a little soak in a warm epsom salts bath at least once a day.

Be sure to dry her well, use a hair dryer to dry her if possible.

See that she's eating her chick starter and drinking well. You can offer some probiotics if you wish. Make chick grit available.

Does she seem to be straining to poop?

Where is she being kept? If in a brooder, what is the temperature on the warm side and on the cool side?
