Yesterday I processed my first chickens! They belonged to a local farm who will teach anyone who wants to learn. 
It was very easy! My '7 piece chicken nuggets' will be ready to be processed in November. Can't wait! My DH thought I was going to come home with my mind changed about eating them. Instead I think I will be getting more next year.
