Pruning a VERY leggy fig

The house we moved into came with a mature fig that doesn't get enough light in its current spot. We plan to move it this fall/winter to a better location, but I'd like to prune it a few months ahead of time-- and have no idea how, given that it's essentially three giant branches. It's been pruned heavily before, I believe, if that means anything.

Thanks! I've actually seen both of those, and they're very helpful-- but my concern is just how leggy this particular plant is more than anything. For example, one of those articles suggests cutting at the Ys...but I have three giant stems rather than lots of little Ys!
